Funding structure
- Full and part-time International applicants for the MA Global Development and Humanitarian Practice (starting in September 2026) from developing countries in Asia, Africa, Middle East and Latin America only are eligible to apply for a single scholarship award of £9,250 to contribute to their course fees.
- The Faculty’s postgraduate scholarships are awards made towards tuition fees only.
How to apply
- Scholarship applications must be accompanied by a personal statement in the section provided which must clearly identify why the applicant believes they are deserving of the scholarship The deadlines for receipt of a scholarship application is 4.00pm on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 for entry to the programme in September 2026.
- You will be notified if they have been successful by 28 April 2026.
- Scholarship offers not accepted by the deadline will be withdrawn and re-allocated to the next applicant on the scholarship reserve list.
- Complete the online Scholarship Application form 2026-2027, including a personal statement explaining why you have applied for the course and for the scholarship.
